Tazzobikes - CFO/Finance Head

Looking for a CFO/Head of finance for an early stage VC Funded startup Tazzobikes.

Responsibilities include:

1- Maintaining financial structure of the startup

2- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans

3- Manage the accounting, human resources, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury departments

4- Runway management and projections

5- Financial Compliances

6- Oversee the company's transaction processing systems

7- Oversee employee benefit plans, with particular emphasis on maximizing a cost-effective benefits package

8- Payment Reconciliations

9- Participate in conference calls with the investment community
