Key Roles and Responsibilities:  Job Purpose: Fulfilling customer demand by on time servicing of every booking taken  Job Duties: Dispatch performance management  Key Responsibility Areas:  - On time servicing of every booking by usage of high automation.  - Booking management to TFS standards.  - Informing customers about delays/other issues on time  - Pre shift and Post shift briefing of dispatch staff  - Coaching and Supervision of the dispatch staff and developing talent.  - Appropriate escalation when required to ensure Quality & Growth  - Coordination with Call center and supply team  - Analysis of demand supply situation and prioritization of different types of bookings  - Roaster preparation, MIS reporting for each shift and Dispatch team performance  - Management of Operator help line to facilitate Operators  - Utilization of Buy-out inventory to optimal level  - Ensuring bulk booking are serviced  Key Performance Indicators:  - Serviced Bookings growth  - No Cancellation post confirmation (Cancelled Issues)  Desired Profile:  - Cab Industry Dispatch management OR Travel desk management for large Call centre staff movement.  Skills / Qualification / Experience:  - Good at planning and confident of decision making  - Strong analytical skills  - Extreme Customer focus  - Good people management and interpersonal skills  - Demonstrated Leadership skills  - Graduate with at least 5 years of work experience in BPO transport desk or Cab/Taxi company Call Centre dispatch operations or Courier Dispatch Desk  - Supervised a minimum team size of 8 staff
