Founded in June 2011 by Raghunandan and Aprameya Radhakrishna, TaxiForSure is an aggregator for Taxi’s and cars and aims to be the country’s first choice to book any kind of Taxi or rent a car across a wide range of prices  Offerings:  - Connect the customer with the taxi that suits the exact need  - Provide surety of getting a taxi when a customer books with them  - Reliable and safe services through careful selection and tie-ups with the best operators  - Multiple options to suit every kind of budget of every customer  - Provide the customer with e-receipts to help ease customer’s reimbursement filing in the office  Key Roles & Responsibility:  Job Duties: Accomplishes business objectives by Planning and Managing branch setup, operations, staff, business growth, financials and brand building.  Key Performance Indicators:  - Establishes city operations for the startup phase with a long term view and optimization of cost.  - Achieve strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes.   - Achieve quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements.   - Balancing demand and supply so as to achieve network effect & brand building.  - Managing customer demand by operating Customer Contact center with high operating standards to achieve productivity metrics.  - Developing attached vendors by attracting, enrolling, training, coaching, supporting to help them perform to set standards and evaluating them to benchmarked performance management system.  - Representing the brand to external stakeholders and reputation management.  - Achieve financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Revenue & commission collection, vendor accounts receivable and bad debts within targets.  - Structuring and selecting staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment; developing personal growth opportunities. Motivating and retaining staff to perform and achieve operational excellence.  - Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
