TaxiForSure - Business Analyst - IIT/NIT

Purpose: To support TFS branch businesses through meaningful analytics and presentation of data.

TaxiForSure is a marketplace to find taxis in 52 Indian cities. Founded in June 2011 the company has served over 2 million customers across the country and has crossed 10 million rides. TaxiForSure has been there since the onset of Taxi revolution in India and we continue to organize the massive untapped taxi market. We- ve recently become a part of ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd (Ola Cabs).

Key Responsibilities:

- Help formulate a data driven business case for improving customer experience

- Ability to create reports and dashboards for monitoring operational effectiveness and performance

- Ability to work in a cross functional team and gather relevant data from stakeholders

- Ability to create use cases for fraud detection and implementing tracking mechanism

- Help in strategic planning by providing data driven insights

- Comfortable with solving unstructured problems and coming up with innovative solutions

Key Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 1-2 yrs of Experience in Business Analytics

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills - analysis with insight and not only - number crunching-

- Outstanding understanding of statistics and probabilistic methods

- Experience of analytic environments and tools, for both structured and unstructured data

- Strong hands on knowledge of SQL
