Taxation Role - CA - BFS

We have an urgent opening for the role of Taxation with a leading company.

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant

- Work Experience: 3-4 years minimum: Worked in the consultancy firm

- Experience and good understanding of income tax provisions regarding:

- Individual taxation and avenues to mitigate the same provided in law

- M&A activities

- Investment product taxation

- Investment vehicle taxation (like AIF- s, SPV's etc)+

- Experience and good understanding of connected regulations like companies act, SEBI regulations, etc

- Networking with CA firms/law firms/ external consultants

- Proficient in English and good speaking skills

- Travel within the country will be there atleast one a week so the candidate should be okay with that.
