Taxation Role

Responsibilities:

- Preparation and validation of Tax workings -Monthly /Annual

- Ensuring Monthly Statutory remittances to Government

- Preparation/ensuring filing of monthly/quarterly/annual Tax Returns

- Handling Tax Audit and other Audit Areas like Transfer Pricing, if any

- Liaison with concerned departments for completion of assessments

- Ensuring the statutory notices are replied

- Filing of appeals with concerned authorities

- Co-ordinate with Tax consultants/counsel for appeal proceedings

- Preparation of MIS (Audit Committee/Board)
