About Our Client

Our client is a Leading MNC bank with operations in 25 + countries and their Finance Center of Excellence (COE) in Gurgaon, servicing global offices. In their effort to expand their operations in Gurgaon, they are looking to hire a professional for one of their most critical teams.

Job Description

Reporting to the AVP/VP, following would form a part of your responsibilities:

- Tax related balance sheet reconciliations.

- International tax accounting and compliance processes.

- Core international tax and accounting skills.

- Income tax calculations for Group entities worldwide.

- Global withholding tax processes.

The Successful Applicant

- The successful candidate must be a Qualified Accountant (CA) with minimum 6 years of post qualification work experience. You must come from a Banking/Financial Services Industry, preferably a BIG 4 background. You must have experience within Indirect tax (Sales/VAT), International tax accounting and compliance as well as good knowledge of statutory reporting. Hands on experience in Effective Tax Rae (ETR) is a must. Knowledge of IFRS or USGAAP would be highly preferred.

- Since you would be reporting into management sitting out of other regional offices, you would be expected to work in a virtual global team, and manage cross-border relationships effectively
