About our Client - Established in 1975, our client is a renowned name in the solar industry with a turnover of over $ 1. 5 Billion. With huge expansion plans in India, they are setting up their corporate division in Mumbai (Worli) and are looking for dedicated and hardworking taxation professional well versed in Direct and Indirect Taxation to be a part of their finance team.

Job Description - As Manager Taxation, you will be reporting directly to the Director Finance. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:

- Providing taxation advise to the various contracts and assignments undertaken by the company,

- Monitoring preparation of the Income Tax, Service tax and Tax Returns prepared by the subordinates,

- Plan and manage tax accounts audit, transfer pricing audit,

- Assist the Director Finance in FEMA and RBI matters including raising of ECB,

- Developing and implementing tax strategies to provide efficient tax benefits,

- Monitor tax law changes and provide feedback to senior management on its impact on the financial statements of the organization.

The Successful Candidate - You are a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 6 years of Tax experience in a Multinational company with strong technical skills in Direct & Indirect tax. You have excellent interpersonal skills, the drive to excel in a multi cultural environment, as well as the maturity to deal with high level stakeholders.
