Taxation Manager - CA - FMCG

Client – Is a major beverage company in Nigeria

JOB TITLE - Taxation Manager

LOCATION - LAGOS - NIGERIA

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Inter-company reconciliation, confirmation of balances. Handlings intercompany transaction.

- Tax planning and execution of planning between intercompanies.

- Co-ordination with group accounts department for ensuring finalization of tax payments.

- Effective co-ordination with Auditors / Tax consultants for computing tax and tax payment of all companies.

- Personal taxation – Employees TDS returns, preparation and filing of TDS returns other than salaries.

- Income tax assessment details preparation, attending tax authorities for assessments.

- Preparing & filing corporate and non corporate tax returns.

- Preparing & Filing sales tax Vat, assessment and appeals, preparation.

- Filing Service tax returns & assessments.

- Effective inter-departmental co-ordination.

- MIS and Budget.

CA with 8 - 10 yrs experience in taxation.

Candidates working in consulting firms like PWC/E&Y/KPMG/Deloitte etc in taxation would be preferred
