The core Role :- We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketer /Digital Marketing Manager to lead our Digital Marketing initiatives in a scalable manner.
- The Head-Digital Marketing reports to CEO and is an integral role in the Marketing team.
- As a Head - Digital Marketing, your primary objective will be to facilitate the sales team through lead generation. You'll be responsible for conceiving, driving and implementing initiatives to increase brand presence and improve product adoption.
Responsibilities :- Own and drive the entire Digital marketing strategy and execution, including ASO/SEO/SEM, email/ whatsapp, Social Media, etc.
- Develop and implement campaigns to better lead quality and beat the competition.
- Create and optimize landing pages to increase signups.
- Track, Analyse and Report on key performance metrics and identify areas of opportunity to improve KPIs
- Perform data analysis around web traffic and other key metrics.
- Identify trends and insights on user behaviour and preferences, and optimize spend and campaign performance; brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Draw meaningful conclusions from campaign data and identify potential opportunities for improvement.
- Very good communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills
Must Have :- Demonstrable experience 0f 10+ years in a similar position preferably in start-up
- Experience in Leading and managing SEO/SMO/SEM, data analytics, email/ whatSapp marketing, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Proven experience in building campaign strategies from scratch
- Experience of website development and designing
- Deep knowledge of Google free tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console) and paid tools as per Web - Trends etc.)
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Sound knowledge of website analytics tools & setting up and optimizing ad campaigns
- Proficiently doing all the execution from keywords research, account structuring/restructuring, campaign creation, ad-copy ideas, creative suggestions, deciding best bid strategies, run A/B experiments, etc. as per the Google's best practices
Skill Set Required :- Post-Graduation from Premium Institute preferably IIT/IIM
- Experience in Education Industry is a value addition.
- Experience of 3-5 years in IT will be an added advantage.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Self-starter, high ownership & ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills, problem solving ability and adaptability to ambiguity
- Attention to detail, accuracy, resourcefulness, analytical nature, and follow-through skills
