Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for increasing the revenue of the company.
- Responsible for implementing changes in the form of New Business initiatives, Cost Optimization, Business Analysis & Regulatory Initiatives.
- Manage a team of Functional Heads in the company
- Lead multiple functions such as Credit, Sales, Originations, Risk, Operations, Collections, compliance as well as overall strategy.
- Liaising with lenders like Banks, NBFCs and Credit Bureaus.
- Responsible for new initiatives, strategic alliances and partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like - Sales / Ops / Credit / Collections / Legal teams.
- Responsible for implementing changes in the form of New Business initiatives, Cost Optimization, Business Analysis & Regulatory Initiatives.
- Nurturing the right partnerships and building the eco-system that enables greater visibility in the market and high-velocity lead flow.
- Participating in management meetings and senior leadership discussions on key strategic matters.
- Head the Digital Lending division for the company including other verticals.
Skills and Knowledge :
- Strong Leadership Merits - Demonstrated competency in strategic planning, operation management, and financial management.
- Have the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, often under pressure, and be flexible to changes in priorities.
- Must excel in approaching business from an operational point of view, be driven and focused on the front line to achieve a maximum level of productivity to reach all strategic targets.
- Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, working methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Applied Business Knowledge - Understanding market dynamics, company-level objectives, and important aspects of the company's business to accurately diagnose strengths and weaknesses. Anticipate opportunities and risks, identify issues, and develop strategies and plans. Aligning individual and team actions with strategies and plans to drive business results.
Qualification & Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 -10 yrs of work experience in a leadership role.
- Ideally mix of NBFC, Banks and Fintech experience.
- Should be from the digital fintech space.
- Should have scaled business in past roles at a fast pace.
- IIM and premium college pedigree highly preferred.
- Highly Innovative problem solver, possessing strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, organizational & project planning skills and demonstrating ability to meet deadlines.
- Good networking skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to guide and coach across levels in the line team.
- Excellent skills to analyse available business opportunities.
