Tax Process Deployment Specialist

1. A strong affinity with IT coupled with solid knowledge of SAP concepts is preferred, i.e. familiar with cross modules integration, SAP data platforms; and other systems to meet tax requirements in that region

2. At least 2 years of experience deploying ERPs and / or participated as a Tax SME in at least 2 full life cycle of SAP implementations (or equivalent experience)

3. An expert in regional indirect, direct tax and transfer pricing system requirements, reporting and other affiliated tax items in SAP systems

4. Understands the tax laws (direct, indirect) of the local country where he/she is based

5. Self-starter with good interpersonal and strong communication skills to get to root causes of issues, communicate with IT and other Finance and non-Finance stakeholders; able to influence larger teams, some of whom will not have technology skills

6. Demonstrated experience in the use technology to improve process and controls

7. Experience of process migration and creation of effective process maps and SOPs is a plus
