Tax Manager -US International Compliance
What Work You Will be Responsible For:
- Delivering a full range of international tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe.
- Building relationships and interacting with clients to provide excellent planning, consultation and expert knowledge.
- Providing tax planning, and reviewing complex International US tax Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858s etc.
- Conduct GILTI calculations for foreign corporations, including Subpart F, E&P, section 987, and foreign tax credits calculations.
- Review and managing of the above listed forms and supporting Work papers as per US Tax Law Compliances for: All International filling compliances
- You will be involved in all aspects of tax assignments from planning and projections to finalization.
- You will be responsible to identify tax issues and propose potential solutions to resolve them.
- You will have an opportunity to work directly with the clients and provide exemplary client service to exceeds their expectations.
- As a part of our client's serving team, you will have an opportunity to work seamlessly with US counter parts by utilizing our state-of-the-art technology and electronic office tools and processes.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and developments in international taxation and share knowledge with colleagues and clients through training sessions and internal communications.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as transfer pricing, tax controversy, and finance, to ensure alignment and integration of international tax strategies with overall business objectives.

- Lead and develop staff and participate in the performance review process
- Oversee the implementation of OIT (International Tax) software to streamline processes and
enhance efficiency in tax compliance and planning.
- Volunteer for our firm's technology initiatives.
- Impart training to new joiners as well to other team members
Basic qualifications for the opportunity:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent field is required
- 7+ years of progressive US/Global taxation experience
- CPA, CA or Enrolled Agent is required
- Experience working directly with clients and/or global counterparts
- Experience working with clients
- Update team with tax law changes and implement new processes and strategies
