CA with 4+ years of relevant experience (from a systematically important NBFC or Big4 OR Banks) post qualification
Key Job Description:
1. Must have thorough knowledge of Income Tax and knowledge of GST.
2. Prepare and review tax calculations, estimates and reports accruals.
3. Manage tax compliance, reporting, and filing returns for the Organization.
4. Ensure timely and accurate filing of all corporate and GST returns.
5. Establish appropriate system or processes for tax risk management for the Organization.
6. Liaise with tax authorities and provide tax audit support for the Organization.
7. Manage external tax authorities and consultants including auditors and Due diligence partners.
8. Review current and deferred tax provision.
9. Provide internal tax advisory services and support on business operation matters to the Organization.
10. Lead and coordinate ad-hoc tax-driven business initiatives locally or regionally.
