Tax Manager - eCommerce

Leading eCommerce venture in Bangalore is looking for Tax Manager to focus on India Income tax reporting and compliance. Primarily focused on preparing and reviewing local country tax reporting (India direct tax returns, tax accounting & tax assessments) as well as the international aspects of the US GAAP worldwide income tax provision.

- Tax computation for various entitites and ensuring timely payment of tax.

- Prepare and review annual India Income tax returns

- Annual tax computations to support IN GAAP statutory filings for India based entities

Qualification:

CA or CWA or Masters from a Premier Institute

Min 6 years of direct tax experience

Experience of working in large public accounting firm or multinational corporate tax department
