Urgent opening with one of the leading MNC (Financial Research & Operations) for Hyderabad location.

- We are seeking an exceptionally talented and professionally qualified Tax Manager to lead the firm’s
tax compliance & operations group in our Hyderabad office.

- Responsibilities include but not limited to managing and driving strategic initiatives of the Tax compliance group.

- The candidate will also be responsible for reviewing tax work and preparing analytical reports.

- The ideal candidate should possess a Master’s degree in accounting/CPA/CA with a minimum of 5 years
of U.S. tax experience preferably in hedge/private equity funds with superlative people management,
organizational, and communication skills.

- The candidate should be flexible enough to work on a variety of projects, and have the ability and
motivation to lead critical aspects of the Tax function with a demonstrated ability of taking initiative.

- A high sense of responsibility and sound conceptual and analytical abilities are required. Tax experience at
a big four accounting is preferred, though not essential and exposure to tax planning is a plus.
