- Setup tracking file (Tax Returns and YE Financials/Year End Reporting Tracking)

- Setup Planner / buckets (Teams Planner)

- Confirm tax return / review / audit / shared folder access needs with investors (List included in tracking file-Investor Contact List tab)

- Confirm investor name, address and interest updates

- Confirm IT access for investors to shared tax return folders

- Confirm engagement with tax preparers

- Save property OneSite and Accounting reports in shared folders for tax preparers by Jan 15

- Review Open Request file / emails from tax preparers for tax prep questions

- Review Draft AJEs, WTB, financial and tax returns; update Open Request file, Planner, and tracking file with status

- Save Draft tax returns for Investor review

- Extract draft K-1s for Inter capital investors

- Enter net income/loss from K-1s on capital entities

- Communicate when drafts are ready to be finalized; update Open Request file, Planner, and tracking file with status

- Review Final AJEs, WTB, financial and tax returns; Save final tax returns for Investors; update Open Request file, Planner, and tracking file with status

- Texas Franchise Tax payments - due May 15 (process a week prior to allow for release and confirmation)

- Setup payment tracking file

- Review Texas properties' tax returns for amount due; confirm with tax preparers

- Confirm availability of funds with Accounting and Treasury

- Process payments on Comptroller portal

- Confirm with Treasury that payments are approved and posted
