Tax Lead - Global Investment Firm

- Oversee federal, state and local tax notice and audits, making sure they are dealt with in a timely manner while minimizing tax assessments and optimizing professional fees,1065,1120 forms

- Assist the Director of Domestic Tax Compliance in answering tax audit information requests and state and Federal Tax notices

- Assist in development and implementation of US Federal and State and Local tax planning strategies

- Research Federal and State and local tax issues

- Review federal and state income tax returns prepared by the team

- Prepare Federal, State and Local income and franchise tax returns
