Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Growth:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company targets.

- Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and maximizing sales potential.

- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.

2. Account Management:

- Oversee the management of existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Work closely with the account management team to develop account plans, resolve customer issues, and identify opportunities for account expansion.

- Implement best practices for customer relationship management to strengthen client partnerships.

3. Team Leadership and Development:

- Provide strong leadership to the sales and account management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Mentor and develop team members, offering guidance on sales techniques, account management strategies, and professional growth.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and product development to align strategies and enhance customer experience.

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and solution bundling to maximize customer value and revenue streams.

5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

- Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against goals, and provide regular reports to senior management.
