Job Overview:
TatvaCare is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager/Senior Manager to lead, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies for user acquisition and ROI improvement. With 6-8 years of experience in performance marketing, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving customer acquisition, leveraging data analytics, and collaborating across teams. This role involves building a performance marketing team and working with cross-functional teams such as Product, Sales, and Creative to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Acquisition Ownership
- Take full responsibility for user acquisition on performance channels and e-commerce platforms for TatvaCare products.
- Team Building
- Strategize, implement, and recruit a performance marketing team to scale user acquisition.
- Performance Marketing Strategy
- Develop and manage strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other relevant digital channels.
- Programmatic Campaign Management
- Collaborate with agencies to implement large-scale awareness campaigns using programmatic desks and media buying.
- KPI Management
- Define and manage performance metrics aligned with overall business objectives.
- Campaign Optimization
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across paid search, display, retargeting, and social media.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience segmentation to enhance ROI.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Produce performance dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Budget Management
- Allocate and manage marketing budgets across channels, ensuring efficient spend and maximum returns.
- Track and forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual expenditures and outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align with Product, Sales, and Creative teams to synchronize campaign objectives and messaging.
- Team Leadership
- Mentor and upskill junior team members, fostering a performance-oriented, data-driven culture.
- Market Research & Trends
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and digital marketing innovations.
- Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure compliance with regulations and platform policies.
- Maintain brand consistency and quality across initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or related fields.
- MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus.
- Experience - 6-8 years in performance/digital marketing with a track record in paid search, display, and social media.
