Tata Unistore - Manager - Talent Acquisition The opportunity : - As a Talent Partner for Tech team, you will be responsible for building the Technology, Product & Analytics teams. - Act as single point of contact for all matters related to recruitment strategies, planning &amp; grievances. Responsibilities : - Strong focus on building the Technology, Product and Analytics team. - Sourcing, screening and fixing meetings with the hiring managers &amp; also setting up de-brief to discuss the candidates. - Partner with your assigned business unit and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team. - Build relationships and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates - Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of great talent. - Partner with hiring managers to meet talent requirements with external and internal candidates. - Plan and drive recruitment process based on business requirements; includes sourcing and screening candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process through the offer stage. - Working on the recruitment process automation in managing end-to-end recruitment process - Research and implementation- New improvement areas in recruitment, data reporting, induction program, Candidate experience. Required Candidate profile : - MBA in Human Resources - Exposure of working in high pressure, startup environment - 8-12 years of HR working experience. - Experience in E-commerce or the Internet industry will be an added advantage. - Strong command of the English - Comprehensive experience in hiring for technology - High EQ and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, diligent and responsive, resilient and can adapt to changes quickly.
