Tata Trusts - Senior Manager - Institutions

Job Description:

1 To monitor all Grants end to end under the Institutions theme and own the portfolio of programs under the Theme.

2 To create and review the long-term strategy for the Institutions Theme.

3 To review and track progress against program objectives and provide periodical updates on the status of various programs related to the Theme to Senior Management / Board of Trustees

4 To prepare key documents, presentations, summary of developments, outputs/ MIS of programs, financial budgeting and draw up annual work plans for the Theme.

5 To maintain the repository of all data related to the Theme and ensure audit related compliances.

6 To take up all existing and new special projects as per the requirement.

- Ability to understand financials, basic laws related to various not for profit entities and governance structure.

Experience:

- Experience of having worked in frontline functions in Business or social sector viz., business development, key account management, portfolio strategy, partnerships and donor management, program implementation and monitoring.

- Experience of working with the Universities, Quasi- Government institutions, and international bodies will be an added advantage.
