About Assessment &amp; Impact Measurement: Tata Trusts are building a digital platform to continuously assess &amp; measure the impact of their philanthropic programs. This is done by developing indicators which will measure the impact of the programs on the targeted beneficiaries. The platform will be used widely by the organization and associated partners 1. Ability to write scripts for manipulating Excel/ CSV files. Will be required to handle data from multiple Excel files and convert them into the destination format 2. Gather stakeholder requirements for digital workflows &amp; processes and Prepare Business Requirement Document (BRD) 3. Explain the BRD to the developers &amp; drive timely delivery of the requirements. 4. Extensive testing of the development. 5. Create user manuals, develop training material. 6. Train the users and drive usage/ adoption of the AIM Platform Key Accountability : 1. Delivery of key identified initiatives within planned time 2. Ensuring adequate quality in all initiatives 3. Documentation of key initiatives 4. Meeting requirements of self-development and learning 5.
