Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition
Job Purpose :
Ensure availability of the right talent at the right time at the right cost for roles across the organization through the external recruitment process for experienced professionals, thereby enabling the achievement of business objectives
Key Accountabilities :
- Redesigning / enhancing the external recruitment process for hiring experienced professionals so as to improve the quality of hire while significantly reducing the cycle time
- Understanding business requirements / expectations around Talent Needs through effective interactions with Business Managers and HR Business Partners
- Identifying and mapping target talent pools for various key positions across the organization
- Leveraging multiple channels for sourcing the right talent and innovatively adding new channels for sourcing talent
- Managing recruitment partner selection, delivery and performance
- Effectively using social media for talent attraction and acquisition
- Actively monitoring, reviewing and managing the performance of the talent sourcing team so as to achieve sustained delivery of talent outcomes for Business
- Discussing and closing on compensation offer with the candidate
- Introduce best / innovative / next practices so to significantly exceed business expectations around talent hiring and availability
- Leveraging technology to positively impact stakeholder and candidate experience
- Academic Qualification : Full-time MBA in HR from a premier institute
Experience : 7-10 years of relevant post-MBA work experience in Talent Acquisition vertical. Experience in steel industry will be an added advantage.
