Education Qualification :
- 2 Years full time MBA or PGDM in HR/ Personnel Management/ MSW
- Ensure implementation, monitoring & control of HR Strategy in alignment with business strategy and develop / design HR Policies & process.
- Maximize productivity of the employees and organization
- Ensure manpower planning and ensuring availability of talent at right place and time.
- Coordinate and promote the activities of learning and development for all employees.
- Drive and implement D&I practices.
- To ensure facilitation of individual & group reward and recognition.
- Ensure Harmonious Industrial relations with Union and other stakeholders. Implement actions on joint consultations.
- To implement employee engagement initiatives,
- To monitor and comply with all statutory and regulatory compliances.
- Participate in various allied employee social security implementation through PF Trust, Gratuity Trust & Superannuation Trust.
- To drive initiatives related to welfare and amenities of employees.
- Ensure contractor labor management end to end process.
