Assistant Manager Industrial Hygiene TSM

To serve as the Industrial Hygiene (IH) subject matter expert by providing technical expertise on all IH related matters. Provide guidance to line management on implementing internal IH standards, industry consensus standard /guidance and establishing comprehensive Industrial Hygiene Management program across TSL India.

1. To provide technical support on development of internal IH standards or improvements for existing standards.

2. To conduct qualitative & quantitative Industrial Hygiene assessment in all departments.

3. Jointly worked with concerned departments for implementation of hazard control measures.

4. To conduct regular awareness programs on Industrial Hygiene.

5. To enter Industrial Hygiene data in the IT system and implement appropriate corrective actions based on data analysis.

6. Conducting repeat Industrial Hygiene assessment to ascertain the effectiveness of control measures.
