AREA MANAGER OPERATION JCPP

- To facilitate the smooth operation of the plant by complying safety standards to achieve the ABP targets.

- Implementation and achieving Safety Excellence Management System , CSM standards and fulfillment of Statutory compliance as per AOP.

- Achieving Raw Coal receiving , Production and Despatch of Clean Coal and By Products in terms of quantity and quality asper AOP by monitoring loss analysis and implementing daily management

- Processing raw coal throughput by achieving target feed rate in operation hours as per AOP

- Achieving target operation costs by reduction of process consumables as per AOP

- Data analysis and process optimizationInitiate and implement various Management Systems at the plant level Driving various improvement projects at the shop floor level
