Tata Steel - Area Manager - Corporate Finance

- The Corporate Finance team is focused on optimizing the capital structure, improving the covenants and tenor of the debt and by diversifying sources of financing on a continuous basis.

- The person will be responsible for working with banks on financing for various capital projects as well as computation

- Monitoring of covenants and undertake other corporate finance related activities for Tata Steel and its subsidiaries and associates.
