Sr. Manager/AGM Talent Acquisition - Energy Business
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy and timelines
- Collaborating with the Line managers and other stakeholders for job specifications and developing job descriptions
- Sourcing , Screening, Interviews, Pipeline building.
- Handholding and developing influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Closing offer commercials
- Keeping up with the internal processes and application management system set at the organization level during every stage of the recruitment process.
- Build a strong pipeline of all contingency and planned needs.
- Provide analytical reports to the rest of the team on Industry Mapping/ Compensation Benchmarking (External).
