Tata Projects - Senior Manager/AGM - Treasury

- Support the fund raising activities of the Department in the form of listed commercial papers and NCDs. End to end execution of transaction from issuance to compliance & redemption

- Preparation of CMA, Cash budget for working capital lending

- Supporting the annual renewal, information requirements with bankers, credit rating agencies , investors, brokers etc.

- Managing sanction related compliances & submissions

- Coordinating with different stakeholders & preparation of MIS, board updates and budgets for senior management

- SPOC for internal audit & statutory audit for financing & treasury

- Perform due diligence & rating analysis on prospective clients & JV partners

- Thorough understanding of various regulatory guidelines pertaining to banks & capital market instruments especially CP & NCD

- Good knowledge of accounting and analysis of financial statements

- Support the implementation & institute best practices in financing & treasury function

- Support the Digitisation activities of the Department

- Support the preparation of pitch decks to external agencies
