Exposure Required:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and employer branding
- Strong knowledge of current talent market trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding
- Experience in developing and executing employer branding strategies, including digital marketing and social media campaigns
- Proficient in utilizing digital platforms and tools for talent acquisition (cadre & lateral) and employer branding
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Have an existing network of effective recruitment consultants
Key Deliverables:
1. Employer Branding:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy to showcase the organization's values, culture, and employee-centric practices
- Create and articulate our unique Employer Value Proposition (EVP), showcasing our company's benefits, career development opportunities, and employee experience
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and communicate a compelling employer value proposition
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between the EVP and the overall employee experience
- Leverage employee testimonials, success stories, and other relevant content to promote our EVP through various channels
- Craft engaging employer brand messaging across various platforms, including digital channels, social media, career websites, and recruitment collaterals
- Build and implement strategies to enhance our employer brand reputation
- Foster employee advocacy and engagement by creating initiatives that promote our employer brand internally
- Prepare reports and presentations to share insights and recommendations with senior leaders and stakeholders
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment marketing campaigns to attract passive and active job seekers
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment marketing efforts and maximize ROI
- Leverage social media platforms, digital advertising, and other innovative channels to reach and engage with the right talent
- Prepare reports and presentations to share insights and recommendations with senior leaders and stakeholders
2. Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement a proactive sourcing strategy to attract high-quality talent across roles and levels
- Conduct talent mapping and build a talent pipeline for critical & niche roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop effective sourcing and assessment strategies, with a fine balance of insourcing and outsourcing
- Utilize innovative tools and technologies to streamline candidate sourcing, assessment, and onboarding processes
- Evaluate and implement automation, data analytics, and emerging trends to enhance the efficiency of recruitment processes
- Stay updated on the current talent market, industry trends, and best practices in sourcing, assessing, and selecting top talent
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to optimize recruitment efforts, reduce time-to-fill vacancies, and minimize recruitment costs
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives in the talent acquisition process
- Effectively engage with candidates to ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, from application to onboarding
