Lead Strategic Finance

Skills :

- High level of technical financial competency including analysis & reporting

- High degree of numerical data analysis skills, advance excel, financial modeling & power point presentation skills.

- Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation

Exposure Required :

- Exposure of financial modelling

- Data driven decision making including analysis of financial statements

- Merger & Acquisitions including closure of takeover activities

- Investment structuring

- Divestment of assets preferred

Key Deliverables :

- Undertaking range of advanced strategic financial forecasting, data analysis and reporting

- Build and maintain financial models to support capital investment proposals

- Critically evaluate new growth capital investment proposals and partner with business teams in providing constructive and robust data, information analysis to take appropriate decisions

- Undertaking analysis & execution of Capital restructuring initiatives at overall company level

- Undertaking M&A activities of the Company
