Skills:

1. High level of technical financial competency including analysis & reporting

2. High degree of numerical data analysis skills, advance excel, financial modeling & power point presentation skills.

3. Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation

Exposure Required:

1. Exposure of financial modelling

2. Data driven decision making including analysis of financial statements

3. Merger & Acquisitions including closure of takeover activities

4. Investment structuring

5. Divestment of assets preferred

Key Deliverables:

1. Undertaking range of advanced strategic financial forecasting, data analysis and reporting

2. Build and maintain financial models to support capital investment proposals

3. Critically evaluate new growth capital investment proposals and partner with business teams in providing constructive and robust data, information analysis to take appropriate decisions

4. Undertaking analysis & execution of Capital restructuring initiatives at overall company level

5. Undertaking M&A activities of the Company
