Exposure Required:

1) Overview of Power Business

2) Hands-on experience in a Power/Infrastructure Industry on all Legal Matters

3) Should have the knowledge of all related case laws and should keep updated with all the developments in the related subjects

4) Should have demonstrated leadership and networking skills

5) Agility and willing to work in a VUCA environment

Key Deliverables :

1) Developing and driving corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's interest

2) Represent the company in different forums for favourable orders and resolution of cases

3) Overseeing delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies and priorities

4) Maintaining proper corporate interactions with the relevant local, state and federal governmental bodies and legislatures

5) Advising senior officers on a variety of legal issues critical to the growth of the business

6) Anticipate and plan for all legal risks, and develop strategies to mitigate those risks

7) Managing and developing the members of legal team
