- Hands-on experience in a Power/Infrastructure Industry on all Legal Matters

- Should have the knowledge of all related case laws and should keep updated with all the developments in the related subjects

- Should have demonstrated leadership and networking skills

- Knowledge of corporate laws and electricity laws is must

- Must be self-driven and able to deliver quick results

Key Deliverables :

- Developing and driving corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's interest

- Represent the company in different forums for favourable orders and resolution of cases

- Overseeing delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies and priorities

- Maintaining proper corporate interactions with the relevant local, state and federal governmental bodies and legislatures

- Advising senior officers on a variety of legal issues critical to the growth of the business

- Anticipate and plan for all legal risks, and develop strategies to mitigate those risks

- Managing and developing the members of legal team

- Managing deadlines
