Group Head - Digital Marketing
Deliverables:
- Manage all digital platforms like mobile app, website and be accountable for customer user experience
- Contribute to developing and enhancing the UI/UX of various platforms
- Work on automation technologies to bring in efficiencies
- Enhance online presence through different campaigns including Email, SEM, SEO, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Drive Persona based marketing
- Drive traffic on website
- Responsible for designing and developing of a comprehensive digital communications and social media strategy
- Design, build, and enhance the social media presence of Tata Power
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Skills:- Hands on experience of managing different digital platforms like apps, website etc.
- Experience of managing the UI/UX with a customer centric thought process
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Proficient in written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think strategically for out of the box solutions
