Exposure Required:
- Should courseware design, development, and delivery expertise
- Knowledge of electrical equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of green energy
Key Deliverables:
- Identifying current and future skill gaps based on the organization strategic road map for green energy initiatives
- Identification of training needs at various levels in the organization aligned to the strategic initiatives and organizational goals
- Preparing training roadmap based on gap analysis and training need analysis
- Designing a structure training program with a balanced mix on classroom training, virtual training and hands-on-training
- Identifying appropriate instructional approach for imparting the training to have maximum effectiveness
- Preparing design strategy for each course in Green Energy program
- Researching the assigned subject matter, gathering, collating and compiling the relevant material
- Developing syllabus and curriculum for assigned courses
- Developing text and visuals for the teaching topics in line with TPSDI's content development approach
- Developing job-cards and step-by-step Instruction for hands on practical training for assigned courses
- Developing assessments/questions for the assigned topics/subjects/courses
- Conducting Focus group discussions and seeking approvals as per TPSDI system including Power Sector Skills Council - National Occupational Standards
- Pilot testing the training content by conducting training programs and validating the content with feedback and training impact assessment.
- Provide consultancy and latest trend sharing within TPSDI
- Identification and development of partners for development of relevant digital media content using AR, VR and AI
- Designing of hands-on training material through use of 3D printing, Readymade training models etc ad getting it executed through partners
