Position : Circle Sales Manager
Location : Delhi
Reports to : Senior Vice President - Sales
Role Summary :
- Responsible for customer acquisition, recharge billing/ availability while managing sales and distribution in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales forecasting and planning in the assigned territory.
- Meet targets for customer acquisition, recharge billing and market reach as per sales plan.
- Ensure appropriate sale channel contribution and its proactive expansion & effectiveness.
- Sales Trend analysis for formulating strategy / Tactics in the market place.
- Spreading the business on A/B/C classification of customers to ensure high ARPU.
- Man Management of sales team to ensure highly motivated Team.
- Provide timely and structured feedback from trade/ customers/ competition.
- Manage Trade marketing budgets.
- Build and manage Direct to Customers Partners and Promoters infra.
- Identifying training needs for team members and DSRs / ISD/Promoters
- Custodian of company's policy and procedure in the assigned territory.
Education and Experience :
- Experience required 14 years+
- MBA preferred from Premier B-School.
