This role is of HR Business Partner of West, comprising of Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP and Chhattisgarh. This is a team handling role having 4 reportees to handle the following functions:

1. Talent Acquisition

2. On-boarding & Induction

3. Employee Engagement

4. R&R and initiatives for employee motivation

5. L&D - Implementing and Co-ordination

6. Exit Procedures

7. Employee Query Management

8. Employee Communication

9. Manpower Planning, Budgeting & allocation

This is a generalist role to handle all HR activities for 1500 approx employees across West
