TATA Interactive Systems - Manager - Finance - CA

Role & Responsibilities:

1.) MIS- Monthly MIS with detailed variance analysis & revenue working, forecasts, consolidated P&L, BSC data, HO reporting; updating the P&L reports for subsidiaries, tracking actual spend wrt budgets; helping in compilation of yearly Budget (AOP).

2.) Debtors- Send the updated outstanding list to sales person & follow-up for realization on a regular basis.

3.) Statutory compliance / matters- Indirect Tax knowledge - working out liability, making payments, computing & filing returns; Reply to Show Cause Notices, Reply to ITO notices.

4.) Audits- Statutory audit, Tax Audit, Limited Review, Transfer Pricing Audit, Internal Audit, ICFR audit.

5.) Others- Project closures, need based management reports, Forex computation & revaluation working, SAP knowledge.

Candidate Essentials:

Chartered Accountant Graduate with 4-5 years of experience in Finance
