Key Objectives for Financial services:
- Integrating right products in right customer journeys
- Enable customers to select the right product to meet their financial needs
- De-clutter financial products and their fulfilment journey
Major Deliverables
1. End-to-End ownership for creating an integrated neo-banking proposition from product design, acquisition plan, journey integration and engagement.
2. Develop a deep understanding of the implicit and explicit customer behaviour via primary and secondary research
3. Develop an understanding of multiple financial services products and synergies between them
4. Work with the UX team to create the entire customer journey on various channels.
5. Lead the development for the product along with the technology team in an agile development framework. Would be responsible for tracking the progress and final delivery.
6. Liaison with key internal stakeholders in order to ensure that the initiative fits in well with the overall platform. Internal teams include technology teams, design team, marketing, customer service etc.
7. Liaison with key into drive External stakeholders in order to ensure that the we have the right product constructs and journey for the platform
8. Actively work with internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that the processes are well defined and implemented
