Associate Manager Sales Finance
Role Objectives :
- The incumbent will be responsible for all Sales Finance related activities end to end where he/she will be partnering Regional Sales Head (General Trade) in driving key priorities for the region
Key Responsibilities :
- Partnering Regional Sales Head on Zonal KPI's & Priorities for the Quarter
- Monthly Sales Reporting & Analysis (Primary/Secondary) & analyzing Mix impact
- Conducting Monthly Zonal Meeting with RSM/ASM on Finance update
- Analytics around DMS data & bring insights around Productivity measures, Weekly Sales phasing & Stock position
- Monthly analysis on the Schemes and driving discussion with the Shopper Marketing team on insights & course correction for the respective Zone
- Assuring Debtors exposure in check with no Risk to TCPL
- Monthly checking of Price and ensuring rectification if any - Revenue Assurance
- Partnering the Quarterly Incentive Payout - TSE/TSO at a region level - Governance, Monitoring of Target vs actuals
- Driving Damage & Expiry return process Governance in respective Zone with Quarterly update & ensuring adherence to the SOP along with Sales/Quality Team
- Liaising with Sales/GIS/Taxation Team on Distributor Onboarding process & closure of Agreement with the Distributor
- Timely closure of Full & Final Settlement for departing Distributors
- Drive Channel Financing in Zones along with Sales Team as an offering from TCPL
- Partnering Regional Trade Marketing Team on Scheme Designing & Approval mechanism Conducting regular Market visits & submission of Observation summary for course correction (if any)
Desired Candidate Profile/Experience Level & Qualification
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Individual Contributor, ability to take initiative and drive projects
- Experience of working on SAP
- Qualification : CA / MBA Finance / CIMA
- 3-5 Years of experience in Commercial Finance in any FMCG / Retail org.
