Senior Manager - Digital & Ecommerce
Key Deliverables in this role :
Financial Outcomes :
- Digital Marketing across categories of Capital Foods.
- Define mid-long term digital Marketing strategy for all Capital Foods categories; define in year priorities/activities to ensure movement towards mid-long-term goals.
- Deliver on Category wise Performance by meeting committed Net Sales Revenue and EBITA.
- Digital Brand equity scores for key brands and Responsible for Ad reach and awareness targets.
- Lead Cost Savings actions through process improvement.
- Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails, and social media) to ensure brand consistency.
- Drive Ecommerce Sales , SKU Conversion Metrics, ROAS.
- Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare relevant budgets.
- Oversee relevant social media accounts / connects / handles.
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
- Help managing new tech and data driven marketing for the company.
- Consumer Centricity and Stakeholder Management.
- Strong Consumer empathy towards Brand Communication and digital marketing.
- Ahead of industry growth in categories by ensuring gain in market share, Consumption growth by increased household penetration.
- Be the visible voice and advocate for the Digitally engaged consumer within the organization.
- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction and enable moment marketing.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to lead digital media plan, strategy, and marketing.
- Building influencer strategy intelligence for relevant brands in TCPL.
- Be the creator and custodian of Digital Focused Content.
- Digital Brand equity scores for key brands.
- Other surrogate digital metrics - You Tube Followers, Video Likes, Campaign virality metrics (Impressions, Likes, Shares, Dwell Time, Engagement Rates etc).
- Internal Process Improvement.
- Conversion of business opportunities to innovative digital marketing solutions and translate strategy into breakthrough process and technology.
- Build a comprehensive Content Library for different digital assets.
- Innovation and Learning.
- Leading Digital Transformation & People Agenda.
- Driving Industry First digital Marquee ideas, through innovation that raise the bar for TCPL and set benchmarks in media or FMCG.
- Agency management and management of Inhouse Creative Team to ensure we deliver to our brand campaigns and digital marketing plans for the organization.
Critical success factors for the Role :
Educational Qualification :
- MBA preferred (General Management, Sales & Marketing) or master's degree in marketing, Digital technologies, or relevant fields.
- Overall Experience of 6-9 years.
- Proven work experience in Marketing field with last 2-3 years as a Digital marketing lead in FMCG space.
- Demonstrable experience in Content development, designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channel's function.
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
- Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CDP/DMP, Digital media plans.
- Strong knowledge of digital eco system.
