Manager - Innovations - Foods Marketing
Key Deliverables in this role:
Financial Outcomes:
Evaluation and Validation: Develop evaluation metrics to scope out and finalize categories of interest. Conduct rigorous testing and validation of innovation P&L by liaising with Finance, R&D, Factory etc
Customer Service:
- Consumer centric mindset
- Closely track the category for competition mapping and new trends for growth and plan innovation pipeline
- Leverage different idea generation platforms to identify sizeable compelling ideas for NPD to deliver growth in the mid-long-term horizon
Internal Processes:
- Project Management, Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing
- Drive the NPD agenda and lead CFTs in line with business priorities - initiatives that will deliver on targets for NDP as a % of turnover
- Lead, Plan and execute 100% marketing initiatives - focused in the digital universe.
- Responsible for all marketing activities for the related Portfolio - interaction with agency in product & communication development, promotions
- Manage complexity and simplify decision making
- Drive thinking of new channels, premium products, differential route to market.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA with strong experience in innovations role works well
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Prior experience in FMCG and FMCG Innovation, a must
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, ambiguous environment
- Relevant experience in handling NPDs especially food brands will be preferred
