Manager, Innovations (RTD: Ready to Drink)
Key Deliverables in this role:
Financial Outcomes:
- Create launch & sustenance plan for pilots in line with business objectives
- Deliver topline & bottom-line of the pilot
- Deliver the plan in full in liaison with sales and in line with agreed timelines
- Own A&P for the projects and 360 degree marketing plan
- On successful pilot launch, plan for scale up and handover to category teams
Customer Service:
- Marketing Mix: Develop the complete marketing mix for the portfolio- product, packaging, communication, media including digital and execution of all ATL & BTL inputs in partnership with Trade marketing team.
- Responsible for annual brand strategy, brand health, topline and margins.
- Digital Marketing : Design and develop new innovative digital programs across multiple platforms while making use of the disruptive technologies such as AI
Internal Processes:
- Work closely with Ecom, MT, GT team to create the GTM strategy
- Be the key stakeholder in project management - work with CFT to ensure regulatory, packaging, product, production, financials and other legs of the project work smoothly till product delivery to market
Innovation and Learning:
- Lead the RTD innovations pipeline from ideation, concept development to project management
- Create the marketing mix & brand assets including packaging, logo, brand book
- Work closely with agencies and internal teams to deliver the project on time
- Create a sharp marketing mix for the brand and buzz worthy launch and communication plan
Critical success factors for the Role:
Educational Qualification: MBA (Major in Marketing)
Experience: 7-10 years of marketing experience
Min 2-3 years experience in Innovation function
Desirable success factors for the Role:
- Exposure to Ready to Drink Beverages Category would be an advantage
- Exposure to sales is an added advantage
- Stakeholder Management
- Process Orientation.
- Excellent coordination skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
