Key Deliverables in this role :

Financial Outcomes :

- Responsible for Top Line Sales budget delivery for Beverages for General Trade Channel.

- Detailed BTL planning along with brand, regional teams & Sell-in/Sell-out teams of Shopper marketing function. Drive implementation & track progress closely. Lead the post activation evaluation process to improve efficiency of spends.

Customer Service :

- Develop detailed strategy/plans using internal & external data to drive assortment, distribution, pricing & placement.

- Monitor & Optimize BTL spends. Work closely with Finance & regional teams to monitor & improve quality of implementation & Efficiency of processes.

Internal Processes :

- Anchor the planning & execution workstreams for all activities in the portfolio along with brand teams & respective regional teams.

- Work closely with Demand planning team and field team to ensure forecasting accuracy for Beverages.

- Work closely with supply chain to improve inventory management & fill rates at Distributor / market level.

- Work closely with Sell-in team in shopper marketing to plan effective schemes /activations for trade.

- Work closely with Sell-out team in shopper marketing to plan effective & innovative sell-out activation for driving in-store visibility / product sampling / Generating consumer demand in trade.

Innovation and Learning :


- Develop deep understanding of category & competition strategies & intelligence. Engage and work closely with brand teams for relevant category understanding.

- Work with external agency & field team members for gathering market intelligence on competition pricing. Share actionable using competition pricing insights.

Critical success factors for the Role :

- MBA with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in reputed FMCG organizations.

- Understanding & knowledge of Sales & Distribution systems.

- Strong stakeholder management skills.

- Proficient in data analysis & excel working.
