Key Deliverables in this role:
Financial Outcomes Facilitation of project planning meetings for all approved innovation projects, ensuring project deliverables are well understood, and actions are agreed, communicated, and followed up. Preparation & updating project plans on MSP/Gantt chart or Spreadsheet applications at various stages.
Customer Service:
Demonstrate competence across all elements of project management process, methods, techniques, and tools. Manage the work of various CFT members through periodic interaction and meetings, follow up and closure of deliverables.
Internal Processes:
One point of contact for stake holders for any project. Work closely with cross functional team includes Market, R&D, Supply, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Process/ packaging development, Regulatory, finance etc. for smooth project implementation. Responsible for delivery of projects to an agreed timeline by managing new product development projects from concept to market activation. Responsible for managing internal and third-party NPD/EPD launches. Delegating tasks to team members. Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities. Manage project documentation. Manage project reporting Organizing and attending stakeholder meetings.
Providing administrative support:
- Innovation and Learning Organizing project team meetings and recording minutes. Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary information are current, properly updated and saved on online portal (VEGA). Further refine PM tool/portal for efficient project deliveries.

Ideal Experience: 5-6 Years
- Desirable Certifications: PMP/JEERA/SCRUM Good awareness of multiple business processes within FMCG companies ideally in beverages or food - Brand & Sales, Supply Chain & Operations, R&D, Regulatory & Compliance, Procurement, and IT.
- Experience and a successful track record of managing and delivering a wide range of projects in the FMCG packaged goods domain.
Desirable success factors for the Role:
- Problem-solving: Although project managers may step in to handle significant problems, you should be prepared to work through and resolve minor issues without assistance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to work closely with team members and managers, and effectively manage problems as they occur.
