Key Deliverables in this role:

Financial Outcomes:

- Monitoring and optimizing sales to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

- Develop a digital marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently across channels.

- Track spending against performance metrics and adjust campaigns to ensure budget adherence and optimal ROI.

- Drive annual & quarterly objectives for cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).

- Creating and managing the complete P&L for the assigned country and driving the topline and bottom line and delivering them against the set targets for the quarter and year.

- Coordinating with Finance team for timely payments and reconciliations to the vendors.

Customer Service:

- Driving all performance marketing and customer acquisition initiatives, in line with product, category and brand strategy.

- Conceptualizing and implementing marketing tactics or strategies for mid and bottom level funnels

- Map out customer journeys to identify touchpoints where growth initiatives can have the most significant impact.

- Ensuring resolution to customer queries within 24 hours of complaints, along with replying to customers queries on the website and other niche platforms.

- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance user experience across digital platforms.

- Implementation of new functionalities to enhance the customer experience.

Internal Processes:

- Building out the tech product across website and m-site, driving product roadmap & delivering this with the tech team

- Creating a data analytics engine, and leveraging insights across consumers, channels and products to drive metrics

- Managing warehouse and work towards D2C orders fulfilment with the logistics teams and order management software (OMS) like Vinculum, Unicommerce,etc

- Build and maintain strong relationships with both marketplace account managers and key clients. Negotiate terms, resolve disputes and identify opportunities for preferred placement or promotional activities. Schedule regular client check-ins to gather feedback and focus on upselling and cross-selling new channels and business opportunities.

- Working closely with Organic India US based teams and internal stakeholders such as Key account management, Supply chain, Advertisement, and finance to ensure seamless integration of marketplace operations with overall business goals and processes.

Innovation and Learning:

- Develop continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, & optimize performance metrics.

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies (PPC, SEO, email marketing, content marketing) aimed and driving traffic to web.

- Manage and optimize paid search & social media advertising campaigns (Google & Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic

- Drive CFA training and operations management initiates

Critical success factors for the Role:

- Minimum 8-12 years' of experience in relevant roles within high-growth content management systems and e-commerce platforms.

- Experience building D2C lead brands.

- Prior experience with budget management and ROI analysis.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Desirable success factors for the Role:

- Good communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Strong Analytical ability and interpersonal skills
