Candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company's talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire top talent. Leading a team responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding candidates across various technical and non-technical roles, their expertise in talent acquisition will be crucial in shaping the employer brand, optimizing recruitment processes, and aligning hiring initiatives with the company's growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to meet the organization's talent acquisition needs.
- Partner with senior management to align recruitment strategies with business objectives and growth plans.
- Enhance the company's employer brand through targeted initiatives and partnerships.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, leveraging various sourcing channels. Hiring across levels in the organization -Lateral, Campus.
- Timely fulfillment of Talent Acquisition Needs within specified TAT.
- Hiring talent based on budgeted numbers and costs while keeping recruitment costs at an optimal level.
- Work closely with Business Leaders & HR Business Partners to understand talent requirements & business priorities and drive recruitment strategies.
- Implement metrics and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness (TAT, Offer to Join Ratio) and drive continuous improvement.
- Responsible for sourcing, and fulfillment of key positions (niche and critical positions).
- Empanelment /Negotiate with vendor partners, Job sites.
- Management/ Enhancement of recruitment ATS to cater to changing demands.
- Participate in Audits, Documentation of recruitment related policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Provide guidance and training to enhance the team's recruiting skills and effectiveness.
- Drive and optimize end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and employment laws in recruitment practices.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in talent acquisition efforts.
Qualifications:
- MBA/Equivalent masters with specialization in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology or related field.
- 15 - 25 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Team Management.
