Tata Consulting - Consultant - SAP HCM Implementation

Job Brief:

- We are seeking a dedicated SAP HCM Consultant for implementation and maintenance of SAP Human HCM.

- The SAP HCM Consultant will be responsible for analyzing HR processes, configuring and customizing the SAP HCM system to match the requirements, and providing ongoing support and training to the users.

- Our ideal candidate is an experienced SAP consultant with a solid understanding of HR operations and a proven track record in SAP HCM implementations. The incumbent should be able to work collaboratively with team members & SAP implementation partner to deliver high-quality, innovative HR solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze and understand function needs related to HR systems, processes & requirement

- Design, configure, customize and test SAP HCM modules according to the business requirements

- Collaborate with the IT team and HR and functions team member to ensure the system is accurately meeting the needs of the organization and deliver high-quality solutions

- Provide guidance and advice on best practices for SAP HCM solutions

- Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving SAP HCM system issues and Identify, recommend, and implement system improvements

- Ensure data integrity, performance, and security in SAP HCM systems

- Ensure compliance with project plans and industry standards

- Maintain documentation on system configurations, enhancements, procedures and process changes

- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and updates in SAP HCM

- Develop and implement training for end-users

Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as an SAP HCM Consultant- at least 2 full cycle implementations of all modules of SAP/SF- HCM.

- Strong understanding of HR operations and best practices

- Experience in SAP HCM implementation and support

- Knowledge of SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Payroll

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and training skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, or related field

- SAP HCM Certification is preferred
